Returns & refunds
Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns of opened packs. If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cancellations

Bulk and private-label orders are governed by the terms agreed in the purchase order.
